Palmiera The Oasis in Dubai
Emaar Properties, a UAE real estate development company, recently unveiled its new premium project, Palmiera The Oasis in Dubai, UAE. This luxury villa village is the first phase of The Oasis, a new community development located in the Dubailand neighbourhood.
The development will include ultra-luxury four- and five-bedroom villas with an elevator, a private garden, a swimming pool and other amenities.
When buying a premium mansion at the construction stage in the complex Palmiera The Oasis, the prices from the developer will start at AED 8.1 million (USD 2.2 million). The project is scheduled to be commissioned in December 2027.
A key element of the new community will be a blue lagoon with a private beach. In addition, residents will have access to other community facilities, including the following:
- Community centre with a gym, wellness centre and multi-purpose room;
- Retail outlets;
- Children’s playgrounds;
- Park;
- Swimming pools;
- Biking and jogging paths;
- Spa centre;
- School;
- Mosque.

The village is being built next to the elite communities of Golf City, Jumeirah Golf Estates, Dubai Sports City and Damac Hills. Thanks to this vicinity, residents of the mansions will have quick access to four professional golf courses, a large sports centre and various malls.
The new development will have access to Sheikh Zayed bin Hamdan Road (D54), which runs through the centre of Dubailand. It will provide access to popular locations such as:
- Racing and go-kart tracks in the Motor City area;
- Hamdan Sports Complex;
- Dubai Polo & Equestrian Club;
- Arabian Ranches Golf Club, The Els Club At Dubai Sports City, Jumeirah Golf Estates Club House and Trump International Golf Club;
- Cityland Mall, a large shopping centre with an open public park in the middle.
Al Khail Road (E44) is a 15-minute drive from the village. It passes near the Dubai Hills Mall and goes towards the centre of Dubai.
